Most teens (…and their parents!..) share common frustrations:
- Parents worry their teens may post or share something that creates long-term regret.
- Teens feel bombarded by trends but aren’t sure how to stand out authentically.
- Everyone is tired of being told what not to do without being shown a better way forward.
This workshop flips the script. Instead of endless warnings about what not to do, we focus on what to do!
Using the same process I teach businesses, I’ll guide teens to:
- Discover who they are and what makes them unique.
- Define their values and decide how they want to show up online.
- Build a digital presence that reflects their true selves.
This isn’t about chasing likes or the latest trends—it’s about being empowered and intentional.

There is good reason why this is important…
Here are some stat’s….
- According to a 2018 CareerBuilder survey, 70% of employers check out applicants’ profiles as part of their screening process, and 54% have rejected applicants because of what they found.
- A Kaplan survey found that 66% of college admissions officers consider an applicant’s social media to be “fair game” during the admissions process.
- In a SHRM report, 84% of companies said they leverage social media for recruitment, and 43% use it to screen applicants.
- According to a CareerBuilder survey, 35% of employers are less likely to interview applicants they cannot find online.
These numbers tell a story, and having no digital presence isn’t the answer.
